This year's event, Operation Cares 2025, will again be held at New Britain High School, 110 Mill Street New Britain CT, 06051. The event date is November 15, 2025 starting at 9:00 a.m, the event will run until 3:00 p.m. The following links will bring you information relevant to the event.

RESERVE A TABLE / TIME SLOT
Operation Cares is a community event to support service members by gift wrapping care packages to send off in time for the holiday season.
This year we will again be using SignUp Genius to book your reservation. Reservations are broken down into 45 minute blocks. There are 8 different time slots beginning at 9:00 am and going until 2:15 pm. Each time slot you reserve will allocate one table for your family or group. Up to 6 people can fit at a table. You do not need to reserve a slot for each person in your group. If you have a large group you can reserve up to 6 tables per time slot. If you wish to stay for more than 45 minutes, please make an additional reservation in the next time slot.

"SPONSOR A BOX"
This past year November 2024 - June 2025 Boxes to Boots shipped 2,293 Care packages to military personnel overseas. This is all thanks to the generous support from people like you. Cost alone to shi these packages exceeded $24,000. We will begin our new Operation Cares 2025 Campaign by shipping 1700 care packages at our November event To help offset this cost we are offering our “Sponsor a Box” sponsorship. We are asking for a donation of $20 per box. In return a personalized postcard will be placed into one of the care packages prior to shipping it out.

We've had numerous inquiries from Corporations, Businesses and Organization as to "How Can We Help". Boxes to Boots relies on donations to fill our "CARE PACKAGES" and ship them. It costs a considerable amount of money to fill and ship 2300 CARE PACKAGES. While we receive a significant amount of product donations from the community we still have to purchase a considerable amount of merchandise. Sponsorships helping to cover these costs are greatl appreciated. The following are the new Sponsorship Opportunites we have. Donation Collecting and Dropoff
The lifeblood or our organization is our Community. It is through the generous support and giving of individuals and groups within the community that makes all of this possible. Without your monetary and product donations we would not be able to continue. We are in need of additional product to fill the 1200 boxes we hope to ship in November. Below is a list of the items we need.
